<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photocurable resin composition having enough photocurability and further having enough adhesion to a rigid plastic which is difficult to be adhered and exemplified by polycarbonate and PET. <P>SOLUTION: This photocurable resin composition contains (A) a cationically polymerizable compound, (B) an acrylic resin, and (C) a photo-cationic polymerization initiator, wherein the acrylic resin (B) has cationically polymerizable functional groups, the component (A) is contained in an amount 30-95 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the components (A) and (B) in total, and the component (B) is contained in an amount 5-70 pts.wt. based thereon. It is preferable that the acrylic resin (B) contains one or more kinds of a cyclic ether group, a vinyloxy group, an acid adduct of the vinyloxy group, and an active hydrogen group as the functional groups.
