<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of giving instructions indicated on road surfaces for giving information to refugees concerning how to find a safe shelter because people instinctively give the top priority to the acquisition of safety at their feet when they move in the evacuation behavior in an emergency after the occurrence of a disaster becuase they tend to look into the road surfaces first. <P>SOLUTION: The ditch lid configuration varies depending upon the material adopted for the lid. When the lid is made of a cast material, an integrated cast instruction mark is placed almost at the center of the lid. When the ditch lid is made of concrete, a cast iron instruction mark plate made separately from the concrete lid is placed almost at the center of the lid. And when the ditch lid is made of a flat steel plate such as a grating lid, a dented portion is made, in which a cast iron instruction mark plate is to be separately placed almost at the center of the lid, and then the cast iron instruction mark plate is firmly fixed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
