<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide clothes with a simple structure, applying force to the body surface in a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the body, correcting the exercise form of a wearer and preventing damages. <P>SOLUTION: The clothes are made of a stretchy fabric and worn sticking to the body surface and has a seam 18 as a base line formed in a spiral shape of a prescribed direction to the longitudinal direction of the wearing body. When a wearer puts on the clothes and twists the fabric so as to make the seam 18 almost parallel to the longitudinal direction of the worn part of the body, force trying to return to an opposite direction to twisting thus produced acts on the body surface.
