摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance heat dissipation characteristics of a terminal box for a solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of terminal boards 30 for electrically relaying positive and negative electrodes of a solar cell module 90 with a corresponding cable 80 for external connection are juxtaposed on a substrate 11. A rectifier cell unit 50 is stretched across two adjacent terminal boards 30. The rectifier cell unit 50 is composed of a bypass diode 52 and a metallic clip 53 for holding the bypass diode 52 resiliently, and a sheet 40 for dissipating heat generated from the bypass diode 52 is fixed to the lower surface of the clip 53. Heat dissipated from the heat dissipation surface 40A of the heat dissipation sheet 40 is received by the heat receiving surface 90A of the solar cell module 90 through a through hole 11B penetrating the substrate 11 and dissipated efficiently from the solar cell module 90. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p>
