PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording disk cartridge of fast transfer speed and high space efficiency by suppressing the warpage effect of a magnetic disk medium. SOLUTION: This recording disk cartridge for housing a plurality of flexible recording disk media 1 to rotate integrally is constructed in such a manner that the recording disk media 1 are arranged by aligning the distortion concave/convex directions and the distortion ridge line direction, and the positions of the recording disk media 1 for each group corresponding to a head group that a disk drive for recording and/or reproducing data on/from at least the recording disk media 1 has.
