PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunctional filtering device for removing an unsolicited mail. SOLUTION: A filtering device for deciding and disposing the unsolicited mail has a filtering engine (10) for removing the unsolicited mail from the Internet. When abnormal online mode connection is detected and the corresponding mail is recorded on a blacklist, the filtering engine includes an online mode filtering module (11) for detecting the online mode for the mail, a blacklist filtering module (12) for identifying and rejecting a sender of the mail, an IP and a domain of the unsolicited mail, a specific content comparison module (13) for detecting the unsolicited mail by an explicitly special letter or a character, and a conditional content comparison module (14) for deciding many styles of the unsolicited mail and a comparison database built inside.
