PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate operation in search for a document under the same condition. SOLUTION: Respective document data are associated with classification information based on a data management structure and attribute information about the respective document data to be stored in a file device 102. The classification information is displayed in a classification display part 103. A document having classification information selected from the displayed classification information is searched by a classification search part 105, and the searched document is displayed. A document having predetermined desired attributed information is searched by the classification search part 105. The searched document is displayed by a classification search result display part 106. Information about a schedule for document search for a document having the predetermined desired attribute information is created by a search schedule creation part 110. A search schedule execution part 111 searches the document having the predetermined attribute information according to the created schedule information and stores its result.
