摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas phase diamond synthesis method capable of precisely and easily controlling the introduction amount of reactive gas in the synthetic reaction of gas phase diamond and also the introduction amount of oxygen useful for the synthetic reaction, and to provide a gas phase diamond-synthetic device capable of atomizing organic solvents being liquid raw materials and preparing a reactive gas from the atomized solvents and gaseous hydrogen. SOLUTION: This synthetic device comprises a hot filament type diamond synthetic device body, and an electrostatic atomizer which is installed therein and communicates with a liquid material controlling/feeding part set up outside the device body. The synthesis method comprises filling the above device with gaseous hydrogen, feeding organic solvents to the liquid material controlling/feeding part, atomizing the organic solvents using the atomizer, preparing the reactive gas from the atomized solvents and gaseous hydrogen, and then synthesizing the gas phase diamond.
