PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the function degradation of a check valve 6 which prevents the blow of exhaust gas to the side of a solenoid valve 1 by preventing the clogging of a reed valve 7. SOLUTION: In a case outlet 9 of the check valve 6, a hollow space 19 is provided where the flow of exhaust gas blown from an engine exhaust pipe into second air flow paths 16, 17 stagnates. An opening portion 54 of the hollow space 19 is opened to a flow path wall face 52 of a bent portion 51 opposed to the direction of the exhaust gas flowing from the engine exhaust pipe into the secondary air flow paths 16, 17. It is provided on the upstream side in the flowing-in direction of the exhaust gas beyond an opening/closing operation range of the reed valve 7 of the check valve 6. Thus, the flow of the exhaust gas flowing into the hollow space 19 stagnates in the hollow space 19 in front of an air tight plug 53, and so deposits are easily built up or accumulated in the hollow space 19 and hardly adhered to the reed valve 7 of the check valve 6.
