PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously stop fuel from each injection hole at a time of completion of fuel injection in a fuel injection valve provided with two nozzle needles. SOLUTION: This valve is provided with the first nozzle needle 50 reciprocatably stored in a valve body 20 and opening and closing a first injection hole 30 formed on the valve body 20, and the second nozzle needle 60 reciprocatably stored in the first nozzle needle 50 and opening and closing a second injection hole 40 formed on the valve body 20, and an energizing force adjustment means having energizing force acting on the first nozzle needle 50 and the second nozzle needle 60 adjusted to simultaneously blocking the first injection hole 30 and the second injection hole 40.
