PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jewel for making an heart-shaped optical image appear visibly from the side of a crown and to provide a jewel accessory constituted by using the jewel. SOLUTION: A height h1 of the crown 4 with respect to the full height H of the jewel, the thickness h2 of a girdle 2, and the depth h3 of a pavilion 6 are set. The the facet number and arranging state of a table 10 and a plurality of crown facets of the crown, and the inclination angle of the crown facets to the girdle 2 are set to be within an allowable range. Further, the the facet number and arranging state of a plurality of pavilion facets 12 and lower gurdle facets 14 of the pavilion, and the inclination angle of them to the girdle 2 are set to be within an allowable range.
