PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the fraudulent act of inserting foreign matters to a token feeding port or a token putout port. SOLUTION: A feeding port opening/closing mechanism 23 for opening and closing the token feeding port 11 and a feeding port opening/closing sensor 26 for detecting the opening/closing state of the feeding port opening/closing mechanism 23 are provided, and when the feeding port opening/closing sensor 26 does not detect the closing state of the feeding port opening/closing mechanism 23 though the closing control of the feeding port opening/closing mechanism 23 is executed, it is decided that the foreign matter is inserted to the medal feeding port 11. Also, a putout port opening/closing mechanism 44 for opening and closing the token putout port 18 and a putout port opening/closing sensor 47 for detecting the opening/closing state of the putout port opening/closing mechanism 44 are provided, and when the putout port opening/closing sensor 47 does not detect the closing state of the putout port opening/closing mechanism 44 though the closing control of the putout port opening/closing mechanism 44 is executed, it is decided that the foreign matter is inserted to the token putout port 18.
