The invention relates to a vehicle antenna (1) comprising an antenna structure (2) and a supply line (3), said vehicle antenna being fixed to the passenger side of the visible protective surface (7) which is arranged in the edge area of the window (8) of a vehicle and comprises black print (9) which is totally opaque, and a grey print (10) which is punctuated in a grid-type manner by means of recesses (11), said grey print meeting with the black print in the middle of the window. According to the invention, the antenna structure (2) is arranged at least partially in the region of the grey print (10) and is configured in such a manner that it is totally covered by the intermediate surface (13) formed by the recesses (11 ). Said invention is simple and has several advantages: the antenna is not visible from the outside and the antenna structure is arranged at a greater distance from the body of the vehicle, thus enabling the antenna to be adapted in a more economical manner.
