The invention relates to a liquid vacuum cleaner, particularly for absorbing solid matter dissolved in liquid, such as mud. Said liquid vacuum cleaner comprises a recovery tank, a suction element by means of which liquid is conveyed into the recovery tank during an absorption interval as a result of a suction flow generated by a motor, a vacuum relief valve, and a discharge element which is connected to the recovery tank and through which the absorbed liquid is discharged from the recovery tank during a discharge interval. Conventional liquid vacuum cleaners have a complex design and are expensive. The aim of the invention therefore is to create a liquid vacuum cleaner which has a simpler design and can be produced at a lower cost. Said aim is achieved by the inventive liquid vacuum cleaner which is equipped with an interval circuit for automatically controlling a recurrent sequence of the temporally constant absorption intervals and discharge intervals. |
