<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact IC card capable of dispensing with a complicated input operation such as inputting of a password, personal information, and a fingerprint when using the IC card and preventing use by a third party excluding the user, a mobile phone with the noncontact IC card, a mobile phone system with the noncontact IC card, an authentication method for their users, and its program. <P>SOLUTION: An anti-tamper memory 23 memorizing entered use conditions from a use condition input section 11 prepared in a mobile phone 1 and a first user authentication section 21 authenticating a user by using the use conditions are arranged in the IC card 2. In the IC card 2, the first user authentication section 21 reads the use conditions memorized in the anti-tamper memory 23, and obtains use information transmitted from an external partner device 3, and determines the propriety of user authentication based on whether or not results of the user authentication are coincided with each other by comparing the read use conditions and the obtained use information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
