PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably reflect the driving intention of a driver to the traveling state of an own vehicle.

SOLUTION: A control ECU 11 releases the retaining of a stopping state after the stopping state of an own vehicle is continued by stopping retaining control for a predetermined time or releases retaining of the stopping state of the own vehicle by changing brake pressure to reduction inclination when at least brake operation by a driver or shift operation to a reverse position or a neutral position by the driver is detected in a state that the stopping state of the own vehicle is retained by the stopping retaining control.
