PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of a nut as a component in a panel attachment corresponding to a conventional shaft section, reduce a mold cost, enhance rigidity, facilitate attachment and detachment, and enable reuse.
SOLUTION: A wire fastening is provided with a wire bundling section 1 for bundling a wire such as wires, and the panel attachment 2 attached to a stud bolt 201 perpendicularly installed on a panel 200 such as a vehicle body. The panel attachment comprises a cylinder 4 coupled to the wire bundling section and the nut 5 fitted into the cylinder. A space 7 is formed within the cylinder and has a dimension slightly larger than a hemisphere. The nut comprises a polygonal head 5A and a sphere 5B fitted into the space in the cylinder. The sphere expands an entrance of the space in the cylinder. Alternatively, the sphere can be rotated while the diameter of the sphere is contracted and the sphere is fitted into the space. An interior 10 of the sphere is hollow. When the stud bolt is inserted into the hollow interior of the sphere, a locking claw 6 is formed and locks a thread on the stud bolt.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
