<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure both of sealing performance and electric conductivity in a sealing device 1 for sealing between a housing 21 and a rotating shaft 22, and electrically connecting the housing 21 and the rotating shaft 22. <P>SOLUTION: This sealing device comprises an oil seal 2 mounted between the housing 21 and the rotating shaft 22 for sealing the sealed fluid, and a dust lip seal 11 mounted on a side opposite to a sealed fluid-side, of the oil seal 2 for preventing the intrusion of foreign matters such as dust and mud water, and the electric conductivity between the housing 21 and the rotating shaft 22 is set on the dust lip seal 11. Thus a material composition emphasizing sealability can be applied in the oil seal 2, and a material composition emphasizing electric conductivity can be applied in the dust lip seal 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
