<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap which can be confirmed visually how it is fixed to a container or if remaining contents can be used or not. <P>SOLUTION: The cap comprises a base (2) engaged to the mouth of the container (1) and a top face wall (3a) to be combined to the outer surface of the base (2) and a base cap (3) individually rotatable.
