PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the same wireless LAN client connection control information to a plurality of wireless LAN access points simply and at low costs. SOLUTION: The master LAN access point previously stores a wireless LAN client MAC address as self wireless LAN client connection control information. A slave access point stores the IP address of the master access point to transmit an inquiry packet to the master access point based on the IP address at a predetermined cycle. Upon receipt of the inquiry packet, the master access point transmits to the slave access point a reply packet containing the wireless LAN client MAC address owned by the master access point itself.
