PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to discharge with large current by reducing electric resistance of a battery or an electric double-layer capacitor. SOLUTION: On the manufacturing method of the aluminum foil for a battery or an electric double-layer capacitor having a conductive thin film closely adhered on the surface of the aluminum foil, carbon particles with a diameter of 0.01 to 2μm are further adhered on the conductive thin film after the conductive thin film closely adhered on the surface of the aluminum foil is formed.
