PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure that can be improved in working efficiency and uses an attaching member used in the enclosure of electronic equipment. SOLUTION: In the attaching structure, a second member 8 is attached to a first member 3a, the bosses 9 of which are set up on its main surface H through the attaching member. The structure is provided with an attaching member 7 having an attaching section 7b having attaching holes 7d attached to the bosses 9, and a regulator 7c which is formed near the attaching section 7b and regulates the bosses 9 so that the center axes of the bosses 9 and attaching holes 7d of the attaching section 7b attached to the bosses 9 may agree with each other.
