PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold insulating operation control device for a cool container capable of safely and stably controlling two temperature zones by avoiding simultaneous drive of a compressor and a heater to avoid the generation of over-loading condition of a generator loaded on a refrigerating machine. SOLUTION: Set temperature on a freezing chamber side is set lower than set temperature on a cooling chamber side, and the cold insulating operation control device is provided with a control unit 51 for controlling temperature on the cooling chamber side by leading the cold on the freezing chamber side into the cooling chamber side and driving an electric heater 23 on the cooling chamber side to maintain the temperature when temperature on the cooling chamber side excessively lowers. The control unit 51 controls to stop one of a compressor of the refrigerating machine and the electric heater 23 during the operation of the other thereof. In this case, order of priority is set to control any one of the compressor and the electric heater 23, and the control unit 51 controls the compressor or the electric heater 23 in this order of priority.
