PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reducing mechanism capable of reducing occurrence of noise based on vibration accompanying with operation of a ball screw mechanism. SOLUTION: This noise reducing structure has an axle side member 1 holding a ball screw nut 31 constituting the ball screw mechanism 3 at a tip in a fixed condition and a vehicle body side member 2 constituting the ball screw mechanism 3 while moving relatively to the axle side member 1 and linking a screw shaft 32 screw-fitted into the ball screw nut 31.
