PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment member of a tapping screw for synthetic resin in which only a component for attachment of the screw can be easily exchanged for recycling and torque-proof performance and pull-out strength can be acquired. SOLUTION: The attachment member of a tapping screw for synthetic resin includes: a tubular component 1 having an inner wall portion 1a into which the tapping screw 11 for synthetic resin is screwed while threading the inner wall portion 1a, a small-diameter portion 1b formed on one end side of the inner wall portion 1a and having a smaller diameter as compared with the other end side thereof, and slit-like cuts 2 formed so as to expand one end side of the tubular component 1 outward in the radial direction; a fitting component 3 applied with a function as a female screw by fitting the tubular component 1 therein; and a diameter-enlarging pin 10 expanding one end side of the tubular component 1 while making contact with the inner wall surface of the small-diameter portion 1b. At least one of the inner wall surface of the small-diameter portion 1b and the outer peripheral surface of the diameter-enlarging pin 10 is formed in a tapered shape. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
