PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution capable of preventing fuel leakage from a first nozzle hole by securely sealing upstream and downstream sides of the first nozzle hole at the time of closing of needles, in a two-needle type fuel injection nozzle in which the outer needle is lifted prior to the inner needle to open the first nozzle hole and then the inner needle is lifted to open a second nozzle hole. SOLUTION: The fuel injection nozzle is provided with the outer needle 2 involved in injection start and injection completion from the first nozzle hole 6 and the inner needle 3 involved in injection start and injection completion from the second nozzle hole 7. A small diameter opening part side of a belleville spring 4 is fixed to the lower end face of the outer needle 2 around the perimeter, and the belleville spring 4 is held in the state that it is pressed between the lower end face of the outer needle 2 and a second seat face 10, when the outer needle 2 is closed. At this time, since the periphery of the large diameter opening part of the belleville spring 4 is closely contacted with the second seat face 10, the belleville spring 4 liquid-tightly blocks off a space between a clearance C secured between the outer needle 2 and the inner needle 3 and the first nozzle hole 6. This prevents fuel flowed out from the clearance C from being flowed out to outside of the belleville spring 4. Therefore, fuel leakage from the first nozzle hole 6 can be prevented.
