PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion member having reaction characteristics required not to allow an opening/closing body to collide against an opening when closed hard while having small reaction when the opening/closing body is in a normal opening/closing position, and capable of absorbing an dimensional error between the peripheral edge part of the opening/closing body and the peripheral edge part of the opening. SOLUTION: This cushion member is provided with a base part 14 spaced from the other peripheral edge part when the opening/closing body is in the normal closing position while partially abutting on the other peripheral edge part when the opening/closing body moves to the closing side by a predetermined amount from the normal closing position, and an abutting part 12 abutting on the other peripheral edge part when the opening/closing body is in the normal closing position. The base part 14 is formed of an elastic body with predetermined hardness, and the abutting part 12 is formed of an elastic body lower in hardness than the base part 14.
