PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance system of an elevator capable of securing the safety of elevator users by immediately stopping the operation of a car and disabling the start thereof when there is an illegal access from the outside to a control device in an elevator control panel. SOLUTION: This maintenance system of the elevator performs a maintenance operation by making an access from an external maintenance device 1a to the control device 2a of the elevator control panel 2 incorporating software for controlling the elevator. The maintenance system comprises maintenance and authentication control means S31 to S40 disabling the start of the car by stopping it on the nearest floor when there is an access from an external irregular device to the control device 2a of the elevator control panel 2.
