PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underrun protector structure with a simple structure capable of sufficiently absorbing impact energy of a vehicle such as a passenger car and reducing damage of the vehicle even at offset front surface collision by higher collision speed. SOLUTION: At the offset front surface collision of the vehicle 2, the impact energy is absorbed by at least a side block protector 16 and a first oblique side part 7 and a second oblique side part 8 of a deflector plate 5 become an approximately linear slope shape in plan view.
