PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spill stopper for brake fluid enabling a single person to perform the operation of disassembling and repairing wheel cylinders and disc calipers of a vehicle without requiring a particular operator to stamp in a brake pedal and capable of precluding a spill of the brake fluid from an oil tank without using an air cylinder or an air compressor and also precluding unnecessary exhaustion of the battery. SOLUTION: The spill stopper for the brake fluid is composed of a cylindrical rod 2 made of metal such as stainless steel, a pedal stamp-in member 3 installed at the tip of the rod 2 movably by a connecting jig, an abutting piece 5 engaged with the rod as capable of being inserted freely and having an abutting surface to abut to the seat of the vehicle, and a disengaging member 8 installed as capable of being mounted on the rod removably for disengaging a brake lamp switch of the vehicle.
