The screwdriver has a handle (10). Torque regulating device (20) along with a casing (11) is fitted in the handle. The casing has a back up ring (111) and a frictionless catching part (112). At one end of the bar (21)there are first external threads (211) and at other end there are second external threads (214) with a contact socket (215) for tool fitting. A clutch ring (23) is fitted on the back up ring. Multiple recess on clutch ring are fitted on rest parts (112). In the through hole (232) bar is fitted. Bar flat surface is fitted parallel to through-hole surface of clutch ring. A spring is fitted between external threads (211) and back-up ring. A torque-regulating device (25) is fitted on handle whereby its internal threads (252) matches with external threads (214) of the bar. Nut is screwed on the first external threads (211) of the bar.
