<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a defect of requiring heating newly since it is powder of raw rice. <P>SOLUTION: This foodstuff is characterized by being roasted rice powder for a beverage and foodstuff and to be used usually as a health food such as a weaning diet for a baby, a fluid diet for a sick person, juice, etc., and also constituted as a food by adding a preferred seasoning.
