摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyethylene glycol/oligonucleic acid-cocarrying metal microparticle delivery system improved in the in-vivo stability of the oligonucleic acid. <P>SOLUTION: What is provided as a carrier in gene therapy is the polyethylene glycol/oligonucleic acid-cocarrying metal microparticle wherein dispersion stability is attained by protecting the surface of a metal microparticle with a polyethylene glycol/polycation block copolymer, and the oligonucleic acid is carried by the surface of the metal microparticle either directly or by chemical modification of part of the polycation segment therewith through mercapto groups and disulfide groups. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
