<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator call system and a program capable of smoothly performing the turn waiting procedure at a window of a bank or the like by a simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: The elevator call system comprises a call device 1 to be remotely operated from a user's room or the like when the user uses an elevator, a body operating device 2 mounted on a manual operation unit of an elevator body to receive the operation signal from the call device 2, and a control-management device 4 to control/manage the entire elevator, and the call device 1 and the body operating device 2 transmit-receive the data by the radio communication. The elevator can be called in advance by the remote operation of the call device 1, and the expected time to the arrival can be informed at the same time.
