PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire resistant panel having sufficient strength and rigidity as the panel, capable of self-standing, installable without using a column such as a stud, and reducing construction cost. SOLUTION: This fire resistant panel 1 is formed by sticking mutual two gypsum boards 3 and 3 of this panel member 4, by forming the panel member 4 by covering upper, lower, left and right surfaces of the gypsum boards 3 with bending edge parts 2a, 2b, 2c and 2c of a steel plate 2, by sticking the gypsum boards 3 to the inner surface side of the steel plate 2 of bending a peripheral edge part in the plate thickness direction.
