PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost water faucet which can be used for both bathroom and washroom in the case that a piping passes through in the space between the wall of the bathroom and the wall of the washroom. SOLUTION: A hot water side pipe 6 and a water side pipe 7 are connected to the hot water piping 1 and the water piping 2 installed in the space 5 defined between two walls 3a, 4a partitioning a division 3 and a division 4, and installed ranging over two walls 3a, 4a. Respective cut off or flow rate adjusting control members 8, 9 and valve bodies 10, 11 are respectively provided in the these pipings 6, 7, and a mixing room M introducing hot water or water from these pipes 6, 7 is provided and the mixed water or water discharged from the mixing room M is adjusted in the flowing volume, the function to supply to only either of the divisions and a simultaneous cut off function so as not to supply the mixed water or water to the two divisions are provided.
