PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silane-terminated polyether derivative imparting a preparation using the silane-terminated polyether as a base which manifests≥1 N/mm<SP>2</SP>of tear strength and 25-80 of Shore A hardness after processing for 60-240 sec, and having an excellent mixing property of each component and a low viscosity as possible and the cured material has a high elongation at break. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the composition comprising at least a silane-terminated polyether derivatives having (A) 10-98% of polyether group and 1-25% of a terminal group with a structure of -NR<SP>1</SP>-X-Si(OR<SP>2</SP>)<SB>n</SB>R<SP>3</SP><SB>(3-m)</SB>, (B1)water and (B2) at least a kind of organic acid or an inorganic acid.
