PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a "navigation system", capable of enhancing visibility when notifying the generation of tunami. SOLUTION: This navigation system 100 is provided with a communication processing part 28 for receiving seismic sea wave information for notifying the occurrence of seismic sea waves; a map drawing part 14 for drawing a map image, while correlating a seismic sea wave image enabling visually recognizing the occurrence of the seismic sea wave, with a water surface area, when the water surface area of a seismic sea wave occurrence object corresponding to the seismic sea wave information, is determined as existing within the drawing range of the map image; and a display processing part 50 for displaying the map image drawn by the map drawing part 14.
