PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fall-down sensing device for a two-wheeler capable of judging fall-down even if an acceleration sensor is installed alongside the height direction of the two-wheeler body. SOLUTION: The fall-down sensing device 51 for the two-wheeler is installed inside a control block 27 formed on the side face of a throttle body 17, the block 27 being composed of sensors 31 and 41 for the throttle body 17 and a controlling base board 52, wherein the arrangement includes the acceleration sensor 54 installed alongside the height direction of the two-wheeler body for sensing the gravitational acceleration of the sine component of the body inclining angle and a CPU 55 having a fall-down judging means to judge fall-down on the basis of the sensing signal given by the acceleration sensor 54.
