PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration controlling device that controls the vibration of a body, a suspension or the like and prevents the occurrence of flutter and the like, even if eccentric imbalance occurs in tires. SOLUTION: The vibration-controlling device presumes the eccentricity of wheels 11, 12 based on current values and voltage values of currents flowing in in-wheel motors 21, 22 that drive the wheels 11, 12. Based on the presumed eccentricity of the wheels 11, 12 and the rotational speed of the wheels 11, 12, the unbalanced forces that are caused to occur to the wheels 11, 12 are estimated. Based on a difference between the unbalanced forces of the wheels 11, 12, the vibration of a vehicle is decidetermined. If the vibration occurs, the current values or the voltage values that are supplied to the in-wheel motors 21, 22 are adjusted to offset the unbalanced forces, and vibration is controlled.
