PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an active balun circuit which is capable of ensuring the 180-degree phase difference over a wide-frequency region, by preventing deterioration of the phase-error characteristics. SOLUTION: A capacitor element is connected to one of outputs of the active balun circuit, having a 180-degree phase difference from each other, thereby compensating for phase errors.
