PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passage-of-time indication which has not existed previously, in which a simple manner performs a mechanical flicker. SOLUTION: A cover plate 7 which is an indication part of the passage of time fixed to a dial 1 has a plurality of slits 9. Each slit 9 has an equal shape and is arranged at the same angle interval. A disk 4 which can revolve by a drive shaft 3 is arranged under the cover plate 7. The disk 4 has at least two sectors 5, 6. The sectors 5, 6 have the different colors and/or signs and many radial forms. Each of the sectors 5, 6 coincides nearly with a width of one of the slit 9.
