PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assay chip capable of acquiring quickly and easily an assay data of high precision in a field collecting a specimen, the assay chip allowing safe measurement having the low possibility for an assaying person to be contaminated by the specimen, without pretreating the collected specimen, and the assay chip used for a home stay care (for example, blood assay chip), i.e. the assay chip capable of reducing a size without precision of a measuring instrument, and capable of measuring quickly and easily various kinds of assay items, with a micro amount of the specimen. SOLUTION: This integrated assay chip for assaying one or more components of the specimen includes at least (1) one or more of pretreatment elements for pretreating the specimen, (2) one or more of multilayer dry assay elements 33 for assaying the one or more of components in the pretreated specimen, and (3) one or more of flow channels 34 for connecting the pretreatment elements and the multilayer dry assay elements.
