PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reverse input shut-off device capable of transmitting power from an input shaft to an output shaft by releasing engagement of a conical clutch, shutting off reverse input, and releasing the conical clutch stably. SOLUTION: A clutch disc 5 is provided so as to move in the axial direction between opposing end faces of the input shaft 1 and the output shaft 2, a movable friction face 11 having a conical shape is formed at its outer periphery, and a conical fixed friction face 10 is provided at the inner periphery of a ring-like member 7 integrated with a housing 3. The clutch disc 5 is energized by an elastic member 6, and an input side torque cam means 20a and an output side torque cam means 20b are provided. Rotation resistance is given by a rotation resistance giving means 30 provided between the clutch disc 5 and the housing 3 to rotate the input shaft 1 and the clutch disc 5 relatively when inputting power into the input shaft 1 to stabilize releasing of the conical clutch 12.
