摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a door impact beam capable of stably maintaining collision energy absorption performance without rapidly reducing the absorption performance of the collision energy even if a deformation amount of the door impact beam is increased at a side surface collision. SOLUTION: A body of the door impact beam comprises a pair of webs 12; a central plate 13 for connecting ends of both webs; and a pair of side flanges 14 extending from other ends of the respective webs to respective outward directions, and a lateral cross section shape opened to the side flange side by both webs and the central plate is formed. When the door impact beam is mounted to the inside of the door, the lateral cross section shape formed by the pair of webs 12 and the central plate 13 is opened to a door outer panel 2 and the door impact beam is arranged such that the pair of side flanges 14 approaches to the door outer panel 2.
