PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excrement disposal device capable of discharging the excrement without giving a burden to a human body and without giving disorder such as a scratch to the human body, capable of easy maintenance, and capable of securely preventing sideways leakage. SOLUTION: This excrement disposal device 1 comprises a washing hose 2, an air supply hose 3, an excrement suction hose 5 for sucking/discharging the excrement by an excrement discharge device 4, and a wearable body 6 for excretion to which the hoses 2, 3 and 5 are connected. The excrement discharge device 4 consists of a suction/discharge pump 76 with a power source, an excrement tank 75, and a pressure converting part 78 for switching the positive pressure and the negative pressure. The suction/discharge pump 76 is a cylinder type pump, and is connected to the excrement tank 75 by a hose via the pressure converting part 78, and the excrement tank 75 is connected to the pressure converting part 78 by the excrement suction hose 5.
