DRUM TYPE WASHING AND DRYING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing and drying machine, wherein a dry filter for catching lint occurring in a drying process is prevented from being forgotten to clean. SOLUTION: The machine is provided with: a rotary drum 2 for housing garments; a front frame 6 which forms the front surface of a main body 1 and has an opening part 6a for putting in and out the garments; a detergent feeding case 21 housed in the front frame 6; the dry filter 22 for catching the lint occurring in drying operation; and an operation display part 20 which is operated while the main body is operated and displays the operation state of it. The dry filter 22 and the detergent feeding case 21 are arranged nearly symmetrically across the operation display part 20. Since the dry filter 22 is arranged near the operation display part 20 which a user touches and sees without fail when operating the machine, the dry filter is prevented from being forgotten to clean, so that blowing ability is prevented from being degraded due to the lint accumulated on the dry filter before the user notices it.
