[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A bioparameter output device comprises a waveform information receiving section which holds one or more items of bioparameter information including a combination of a bioparameter identifier and a bioparameter value and one or more items of waveform information including action potential information and receives an input of action potential waveform information, a bioparameter information acquiring section for acquiring one or more items of bioparameter information according to the action potential waveform information, and a bioparameter information output section for outputting the acquired one of more items of bioparameter. By means of this bioparameter output device, the action on each channel of a cell can be evaluated.</p>
