<p>A medical instrument comprising a substantially Y-shaped single hole hollow tube (1), and a puncture needle (2) and tube (3) that are drawably inserted into the hollow tube (1), wherein the tube (3) is sufficiently longer than the single hole hollow tube (1). When hemodialysis is carried out actually, a first tube part (11) is inserted into a blood vessel unit the puncture needle (2) inserted in the first tube part (11) and blood is taken out from the first tubular part (11) through a second tubular part (12). Further, the tube (3) is also inserted into the blood vessel through the inside of the first tubular part (11) being inserted in the blood vessel, and the blood subjected to hemodialysis is returned back to the blood vessel using the tube (3). As a result, needle insertion is made at only one part. In addition, the tube (3) is sent into a blood vessel ahead of forward end of the first tube part (11) to separate the positions of blood inflow and outflow, preventing mixture of flows occurring when the blood returning after being subjected to the hemodialysis flows in again.</p> |
