生物产氢之方法
摘要
一种生物产氢之方法,系利用含产氢菌之包埋颗粒进行生物产氢。由于含产氢菌之包埋颗粒的稳定性佳、操作容易且容易控制,加上包埋颗粒在产氢菌代谢之有机酸作用下更加坚韧且具高孔隙度,因此可连续稳定产氢且重复使用,进而大幅降低成本。其次,可利用农业废弃物或废水作为产氢菌之基质,故此含产氢菌之包埋颗粒兼具产氢与环保功能。再者,含产氢菌之包埋颗粒不仅有效防止产氢菌体洗出,且避免剪应力伤及产氢菌,更显着增加产氢速率。另,含产氢菌之包埋颗粒有效增加基质转化效率,且降低污泥量,又降低生物系统遭污染的可能性。
